What's the shipping policy ?

 

You will receive shipment notification after you order is placed. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. Orders are prepared and shipped Monday - Friday only! We ship using USPS priority mail. We only ship to the address that is provided at checkout.

Can I track my order ?

 

You will receive tracking information the day your order is shipped please allow your tracking information to be updated before checking for updates. We are not responsible for delays due to inclement weather or directly courier related.

What's the Return Policy ?

 

 

All orders are final. The Parlor by C. offers in the form of store credit only NO REFUNDS! If a return need stop be made please contact us at info@theparlorbyc.com within 5 days of receiving your order in order to receive store credit. After the 5th day it will be considered final sale.

 

Please allow 5-7 days for your return to be processed. Please note that store credit based returns do not include shipping fee, unless it was a direct result of an error by The Parlor by C.

Do you ship internationally ?

 

We ship all over the United States, we currently do not ship internationally.

What if I put in the wrong address?

 

Please ensure when checking out all information is correct as we cannot make changes to orders once it is finalized. In the event, the wrong address was enter during checkout please email us at info@theparlorbyc.com within the hour your order has been placed. Once the order is prepared for shipping no changes can be made. If order is returned to use for incorrect address it will be charged to the customer.
